Pre-arrival and Arrival Protocol
When you book your appointment I’ll direct you to this website from which you can print off the relevant forms. Please fill in these forms and bring them with you to your appointment. There will also be a Covid 19 Declaration form which you will have to complete no longer than 24hrs prior to each visit. Once you have arrived at the destination please reverse into the drive if you can as it is difficult and unwise to reverse out onto the road when leaving. If you need assistance to help you reverse give me a text or call and I’ll be happy to help. Please arrive about 5mins early, remain in the car and text or call me to let me know you are there. This gives me time to dress into fresh PPE before coming out to meet you. Please wear a face mask. I’ll then direct you in through the front door where you will be asked to remove your shoes and overcoat if wearing one and to sanitise your hands. Please avoid touching the walls, door frames and handles as much as possible. You’ll then be shown into the room. Some items of clothing are usually removed for massage treatment, a box will be provided in which you can place your clothes.
